PENALTY TIME CLAIMS

The process in place for handling penalty time claims as detailed in Circular Notice No. 32 dated May 1, 2008, continues to be through the Fax Server #6723 (internal calls) or

(219)-989-6723 (external calls).

Any penalty claims received through other than the noted method will be regarded as not received. Be governed accordingly.
