CIRCULAR NOTICE NO. 57

TO: ALL T&E EMPLOYEES September 1, 2008

HOURS OF SERVICE

Upon arriving at their respective terminals for final release, all T&E employees, who have been on duty for twelve hours and who are required to notify the crew dispatcher of their tie-up, must immediately contact the crew dispatcher’s office. All T&E employees must not perform any service, including but not limited to the filling out and or faxing of paper work, after the 12 hour tour of duty or before completion of the applicable rest period unless otherwise provided by the emergency provisions of the Hours of Service Act, NORAC Rule Q, and timetable special instruction.
