TO: ALL YARDMASTERS September 1, 2008
JW2 HOURS OF SERVICE SECTION
Effective immediately all
yardmasters will be required to complete the “hours of service portion” (lower
section) of the yardmaster JW2 form to comply with FRA required monitoring of
hours of service. When completed the form must
be faxed to extension 4932 without fail.
This does not relieve yardmasters of the current practice of
entering this information into the IHB cars system.
