TO: ALL CONCERNED OCTOBER 1, 2008

BAD ORDER LOADS

We receive numerous loads of machinery at interchange points with broken blocking, load shifting, and various damage done to the open top load.

If crew members notice such cars received in interchange, the dispatcher must be notified immediately of these cars in the train.
