TO: ALL CONDUCTORS OCTOBER 1, 2007

AND ENGINEERS

MARKERS & HEAD END DEVICES

It is the responsibility of the Conductor and the Engineer to advise the Train Dispatcher of marker number on their train and the head end device, if any, on the engine.

It is the responsibility of the conductor to document the numbers of head end and rear end

marker devices on the Train Mark-Up Data Sheet and fax to the IHB Train Dispatcher.

This information must be furnished promptly and without fail before leaving your initial terminal.
