GUARANTEE SUBMISSIONS

Requests for guarantees must be submitted within 24 hours of the last day of the pay period in order to be received on the regular pay cycle.

Guarantees are to be faxed to 708-832-2125.

Example: The pay period from 11-28-07 to 12-11-07 requests must be received by 17:00 on 12-12-07.
