TRAIN DISPATCHERS

BAD ORDER CARS

When bad order cars are set out enroute, the conductor will contact the Train Dispatcher and give him the following information:

Car initial & number

Location where car is set out

Cause of defect

The Train Dispatcher will put this information on the proper form furnished in the dispatcher's office and will notify the Blue Island Car Foreman at Extension 3405 in whose territory the bad order car is located, and give him the required information.

The train dispatcher will keep a record of the time he notified the Car Foreman, time car is repaired, and dispatchment of car after it is repaired.
