CIRCULAR NOTICE NO. 93

TO: ALL CONCERNED DECEMBER 1, 2007

T-1580's

Yard Foremen performing switching service at industries are being furnished a separate Form

T-1580 for each industry or for any other location.

Yard Foremen will plainly write on T-1580 when he left car(s) as follows:

a) Spotted at industry: Show time and date.

b) Cars not in train.

c) Cars not empty.

d) Cars not loaded.

e) Cars set out B/O at _________________.

f) Industry full, left cars ________________.

g) Gate closed, left cars ________________.

h) Derailment, etc., left cars _____________.

i) Add any cars not shown on T-1580.

Yard Foremen will sign these forms as evidence that work was performed as indicated and see that all T-1580's are turned in and/or faxed to the proper location.

Yard Foremen should secure any switch lists furnished by industries of any cars which are required to be pulled or spotted. These switch lists and T-1580's (all properly signed and dated), along with any bills of lading or orders for interior switching and weighing, should all be turned in and/or faxed to proper location.

Any additional cars delivered or pulled from an industry by verbal orders must be documented on the 1580 showing name of who authorized.

It will be necessary for the designated employees to determine that the Yard Foreman has indicated the required information on the T-1580 or switch lists as outlined above. If not, the improper reporting by the foreman will be reported to the Trainmaster for corrective action.
