HOLIDAY PROVISIONS

The Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad will observe the Christmas and New Year's holidays as follows:

Christmas Eve holiday Monday December 24, 2007

Christmas Day holiday Tuesday December 25, 2007

New Year's Eve holiday Monday December 31, 2007

New Year's Day holiday Tuesday January 1, 2008

The holiday provisions of existing agreements will be applied on those dates.
