CIRCULAR NOTICE NO. 3

TO: T&E EMPLOYEES JANUARY 1, 2008

TAXI CAB LOCATION and TAXI RECEIPT

All conductors are required to report to the IHB Dispatcher the specific location at the time their crew is available for a taxi. In addition, this information is to be recorded in the “Place” column of the IHB Train Performance Report, as well as all other previously required taxi information.

Examples: Mile Post location or control point, if on the Main Line. The street name, including proximity to cross street. The yard location and track number or building location and name, including the specific area of the building.

The conductor or the senior man, in the absence of the conductor, will be responsible for signing the taxi cab receipt. Please use a legible printed or written signature with his identification number, also showing run number, time entered cab, time cab departed, using back of charge slip if necessary.
