CIRCULAR NOTICE NO. 18

TO: ALL OUTER BELT CONDUCTORS MARCH 1, 2008

AND YARD FOREMEN

REPORTING OF CABOOSE AND/OR MARKER NUMBERS

Conductors will indicate on their IHB Activity and Train Performance Report the number of their caboose and/or marker used during their tour of duty.

Outer Belt conductors will also advise the Train Dispatcher of the number of their caboose and/or marker, which will be recorded on the Train Dispatcher's movement sheet.
