IHB SAFETY FOCUS

All crew members are responsible for the review of all essential information provided on the IHB Safety Focus Sheet; including but not limited to Bulletin Orders in effect, review Safety Rule of the Day, NORAC Operating Rule of the Week and Safety Information / Alerts.

All crew members will be required to sign their name and employee identification number to the IHB Safety Focus Sheet. Completed Safety Focus will be faxed to Ext. 6720.

SAFETY IS MANDATORY!
