TO: ALL T&E EMPLOYEES JUNE 1, 2008

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

In accordance with Rule T of the NORAC Operating Rules, T&E employees must report a change in residence of telephone number immediately to the designated officer. This should be done as follows:

Trainmen – All Terminals

Report changes to the office of the Superintendent Transportation, Gib Ext 4717

Engineers – All terminals

Report changes Road Foreman’s office: Handled by Supt. Office, Gib Ext. 4717

Tower Operators

Report changes to the office of P. Peterson Handled by Supt. Office, Gib Ext. 4717

In addition to reporting address changes to the designated officer, you are responsible for reporting a new address in writing to the Railroad Retirement Board and United Health
