RED TAGS

Plastic Red Tags will be used to indicate a switch has been taken out of service. These tags are used when a “switch is spiked out of service” or “switch difficult to operate”.

When finding a switch with a Red Tag, DO NOT OPERATE.

If a switch is found to be inoperative, contact one of the following for a Red Tag:
