CIRCULAR NOTICE NO. 45

TO: ALL T&E EMPLOYEES JULY 1, 2008

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CARS ON HUMP LIST

Hazardous material will be identified on the hump list in the following manner:

1. The UN number will be indicated on every hazardous material car.

2. The hazard class will be listed below the car initial and number.

3. If a hazardous material car qualifies as a "SHOVE TO REST", the

notation "BOE RESTRICTED SHOVE TO REST" will be printed

on the switch list below the hazard class information.

There will be no additional hazardous description or notation provided on the hump lists.
