KIOSK TIE-UP

Effective immediately:

To assure compliance with Federal Railway Administration hours-of-service reporting regulations, each T&E employee must personally tie-up using the Kiosk system. The Kiosk system uses this tie-up information to maintain hours-of-service reporting records required by the FRA.

All IHB T&E employees (including employees on outer belt, yard, and flagman assignments) who report for duty later than their assigned on-duty time must immediately report the fact to the IHB Operations Center at 708-832-2083. This report must include employee name, employee ID number, job number to which the employee is assigned, start time of assigned job, and actual time the employee reported for duty.

Employees who fail to comply with these instruction may be held in violation of FRA hoursof-service regulations.
