Filing a claim with Hartford::
- Claim must be filed with The Hartford within 20 days of the start of the disability. (Contact The Hartford to confirm filing deadlines) Failure to file claim within the deadlines established by The Hartford will result in denial of your claim .
- The Hartford is a supplement to the RRB and will not pay any claims until the employee has filed for benefits with the RRB. Claims for RRB and supplemental insurance should be filed at the same time.
- Employees may file a claim by calling The Hartford at 1-800-205-7651 or by visiting their website at www.abilityadvantage.thehartford.com

Filing a claim with Trustmark::
- Claim must be filed with Trustmark within 90 days of the start of the disability. (Contact Trustmark to confirm filing deadlines) Failure to file claim within the deadlines established by Trustmark will result in denial of your claim.
- Trustmark is a supplement to the RRB and will not pay any claims until the employee has filed for benefits with the RRB. Claims for RRB and supplemental insurance should be filed at the same time.
- Employees may file a claim by calling Trustmark at 1-800-504-9052.
